Katrina Mickens-Bullard

My name is Katrina Mickens-Bullard, and I am an NNA-trained and certified Florida notary based in Tallahassee, proudly serving the city and surrounding areas. With over 20 years of mortgage loan closing experience, I bring a deep understanding of closing packages, major legal documents, and industry requirements to every appointment.

I am a trained mortgage processor and underwriter and have worked with four major industry lenders, which allows me to guide signers confidently through complex documents while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. My goal is to offer a seamless signing experience grounded in integrity and respect.

Key services include:

• Certified Signing Agent (CSA) for mortgage and real estate closings
• 24-hour mobile notary service, including hospital and jail signings
• E-sign capabilities, with fax, email, internet, and mobile hotspot support

I look forward to building lasting partnerships, not just completing signings.
