My name is Kay Rosness, and I am a commissioned Arizona Notary Public based in Peoria, AZ (Commission #672619, exp. 09/15/2028). I have been a notary since 2012 and bring more than two decades of experience as an Associate Real Estate Broker, where I routinely attended signings with my clients. This background gives me a strong understanding of real estate documents and the importance of accuracy, clarity, and professionalism at every appointment.

I have completed over 6,000 signings, including refinance, purchase, seller, renovation loan, VA loan, reverse mortgage, and packages containing trust documents and powers of attorney. I am Notary2Pro Basic & Advanced trained and EscrowTab (IPEN) Certified, and I currently work with more than 100 signing and title companies.
