Kayla Hubbard

My name is Kayla Hubbard, and I am a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Hawaii through November 27, 2026. I proudly serve clients in and around Hilo, HI, through my business, Hawaii Certifications. I focus on providing accurate, efficient notarizations with a professional yet approachable style.

I understand that many notarizations are time-sensitive and important to your personal, business, or legal affairs. I work carefully to verify identities, confirm willingness to sign, and ensure documents are properly executed in accordance with Hawaii notary laws.

Whether you are finalizing personal paperwork or handling more complex transactions, I aim to make the process straightforward and stress-free. I look forward to assisting you with your notarial needs in Hilo and the surrounding communities.
