Kelly A Ruble

My name is Kelly A. Ruble, and I am an experienced Notary Signing Agent based in Springfield, MO. For the past 16 years, I have specialized in loan signings and successfully completed several thousand closings, giving me a deep understanding of the documents, timelines, and communication needed for smooth transactions.

I work closely with title companies, lenders, and signing services to provide accurate, efficient, and professional signings. I handle a wide range of real estate transactions, including refinances, reverse mortgages, purchases, and HELOCs, and I take pride in guiding signers through their documents with clarity and patience.

I am commissioned in Missouri through 2028 and am available anytime to accommodate tight schedules and last-minute requests. My goal is to ensure every signing is completed correctly the first time and that all parties feel informed and confident throughout the process.
