Kelly Doshier

I’m Kelly Doshier, an Outer Banks associate broker with CENTURY 21 Nachman Realty in Duck, NC. My work brings together real estate services and a public notary specialty, giving clients a practical resource when transactions call for careful attention to documents and professional support.

I focus on being approachable, detail-minded, and responsive throughout the process. Whether I’m assisting with real estate needs or providing notary-related support, I aim to make each step feel clear and well organized. Serving clients in and around Duck allows me to combine local market familiarity with a steady, service-oriented approach.
