My name is Kelly Grimes, and I am a commissioned Notary Public in both Connecticut and New Jersey, based in Stamford, CT. For over eight years I have worked with legal-focused non-profit organizations, which has given me a strong foundation in handling sensitive documents with care, accuracy, and discretion. I am also a certified Substance Use Specialist, and I bring a calm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach to every signing.
You can count on me to be reliable, trustworthy, confidential, and professional. I am comfortable supporting clients in a variety of settings and circumstances, including more complex or emotionally sensitive situations.
- Remote Online Notarization (RON) capable and E-sign ready
- Hospital and facility signings
- Jail and detention center signings
When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy reading and creating coloring books through my company, Poppy Bop Press. I would be honored to assist you with your notary needs.
