Kelly Jones

My name is Kelly Jones, and I am a Tennessee commissioned notary and certified signing agent based in Johnson City, TN. With over 23 years of experience and more than 9,000 successful loan signings, I focus on providing accurate, error-free document signings for every client. I am certified through both the NNA and Notary2Pro and am an active member of the National Notary Association, the American Association of Notaries, and the American Society of Notaries.

I am well versed in all loan types, including refinances, reverse mortgages, VA/FHA, and buyer/seller packages, as well as debt resolutions, structured settlements, and e-signings. I cover ten Tennessee counties, including Carter, Cocke, Greene, Hamblen, Hawkins, Jefferson, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, and Washington, and I regularly handle hospital, nursing home, rehab facility, and jail signings.

Through my company, DP&K Enterprises, I also provide professional real estate abstracting and foreclosure services, supported by reliable technology, 24-hour availability, and flexible payment options.
