I’m Kelly Preuss, a Michigan-licensed notary based in Meridian charter Township, MI. I bring a strong legal support background to every appointment, including 15 years working in law and formal certification as a paralegal. Since 2010, I have operated Linguistic Areté LLC, providing legal support and language services with a focus on professionalism, accuracy, and clear communication.

I assist with a range of notarial and signing needs, including loan signings, reverse mortgage documents, debt settlement signings, business forms, and contracts. I am available for mobile and remote services, including electronic notarization and remote online notarization when appropriate. I also offer scanbacks and 24/7 availability for clients who need flexible scheduling.
