Kendrick O Faison

My name is Kendrick O. Faison, and I serve clients throughout Laurel, Maryland and the surrounding areas as a commissioned Maryland Notary Public. Through my work with KOLF Real Estate Services, I focus on delivering accurate, efficient, and professional notarization for a wide range of personal and real estate–related documents.

In addition to my notary commission (MD, exp. 2027), I am also a Maryland Licensed Insurance Producer for Title, which gives me a strong understanding of real estate and title-related transactions. This background helps ensure that your documents are handled with care, attention to detail, and respect for all compliance requirements.

Services include:

• Mobile notarization – I travel to your home, office, or agreed location
• Remote notarization – Convenient online services where permitted by Maryland law
• Real estate and title-related document support
