Kevin Mckendree

My name is Kevin McKendree, and I am a commissioned Florida Notary Public and LSS/NNA-certified signing agent based in Fernandina Beach, FL. I proudly serve clients within a 50-mile radius of the 32034 area, including Nassau, Duval, Baker, Union, Bradford, Clay, and St. Johns counties. I have experience handling a variety of real estate transactions, including Seller Packages, Buyer Packages, HELOCs, and Loan Modifications, with a growing track record of successful signings.

My background as an Entertainment Technician with the Walt Disney Company at Walt Disney World has given me strong project management and logistics skills, which I now apply to every signing. I am detail-oriented, goal-focused, and committed to meeting deadlines while maintaining clear, professional communication. I carefully review all documents for accuracy, complete scanbacks immediately using a mobile scanner, and ensure prompt document return via the designated shipping method.

If any issue arises, I will dedicate 100% of my time and energy to resolving it quickly. I look forward to providing your signers with a smooth, professional signing experience.
