Kiara Hilaire

My name is Kiara Hilaire, a commissioned New York Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent based in Middletown, NY. I provide both remote online and mobile notarization services, meeting clients wherever it’s most convenient—virtually or in person.

I handle a wide range of documents, including everyday notarizations, estate and power of attorney paperwork, and loan signings for buyers, sellers, and refinances. I’m known for being patient, clear, and easy to work with, and I take the time to explain each step so you always know what you’re signing.

My goal is to make your notarization experience smooth, accurate, and stress-free from start to finish.
