My name is Kim Slagle, a Florida commissioned notary (ID HH427420, exp. 07/30/2027) and Certified Notary Signing Agent based in Deland, FL. I took an oath to follow all laws, rules, and best practices of the Certified Notary Signing Agents Code of Conduct and professional responsibility, and I bring over 10 years of combined experience as a Notary Signing Agent and Loan Processor.

Since becoming a CNSA in 2015, I have successfully completed thousands of signings, including purchase loans, FHA, refinances, VA loans, ARMs, HELOCs, combined 1st and 2nd mortgages, commercial loans, and debt settlement signings. I also handle deed in lieu packages, identity proofing, I-9 authorizations, legal affidavits, and select field representative assignments. As a member of FALDP, I prepare legal documents with care and attention to detail.

I am equipped with a laser printer, mobile hotspot, fax, email, and full internet capabilities, and I offer wedding, hospital, and jail signings. I’m available Monday–Friday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and I pride myself on professionalism, organization, accuracy, and ethics.
