Kimberly Howard-Gillaspie

Aloha, I’m Kimberly Howard-Gillaspie, owner of Kimberly's Bookkeeping Services and a mobile notary public serving Kailua-Kona, HI, with service also available in Laupahoehoe. I provide professional, friendly assistance for individuals, families, and local businesses who need reliable notary support brought to a convenient location.

In addition to mobile notary services, I also assist as a Hawaii marriage and civil union license agent, helping couples with an important step in their wedding or civil union plans. My work also includes bookkeeping services, giving clients a practical resource for both document-related needs and ongoing financial organization.

I aim to make each appointment clear, respectful, and efficient, whether you need mobile notary help, marriage or civil union license assistance, bookkeeping support, or a combination of services.
