I’m Kirsten Bird, owner of Kirsten Bird Mobile Notary, based in Oak Harbor, WA. I provide mobile notary services throughout Whidbey Island, Anacortes, and La Conner, bringing professional, convenient support to individuals, families, and businesses who need documents notarized with care.

As an NNA-certified loan signing agent, I assist with real estate and loan documents and understand the importance of accuracy, preparation, and clear communication during signing appointments. I also support a range of common notarization needs, including wills and trusts, powers of attorney, I-9 verification, and certified true copies.
