Kortney Aiken-Theriault

Hello, I’m Kortney Aiken-Theriault, a title and closing professional serving Bangor, ME with Gateway Title of Maine. I support clients through real estate closings and settlement services with a practical, organized approach focused on clear communication and careful document handling.

My work includes coordinating real estate closings, assisting with title searches, preparing closing documents, and helping parties move through the settlement process as smoothly as possible. I also have experience supporting retail needs connected to title and closing services.

I understand that real estate transactions can involve many details and deadlines, so I aim to be professional, responsive, and approachable throughout the process. Whether I’m helping prepare documents or supporting a closing, my goal is to provide dependable service for clients in the Bangor office and surrounding Maine community.
