I’m Krishna Perkins, broker/owner of Maverick Home & Neighborhoods and a real estate professional serving clients in San Antonio, TX, including the Live Oak area. My notary work is supported by practical experience with real estate transactions, giving me a clear understanding of the documents and details clients often need handled with care.

I provide professional notary support for needs that may include real estate documents, general notary services, and retail-related document needs.
