Kristen Murphy

My name is Kristen Murphy, and I am a full-time Ohio notary based in Lancaster, OH. I bring 28 years of notary experience and 20 years as a certified loan signing agent, supported by a current Ohio commission (No. 2018-RE-736515, exp. 9/2/2028). I am experienced with both traditional in-person signings and remote online notarization (RON), and I hold RON, Pavaso, and NNA certifications, along with $100,000 in E&O insurance and a current background check.

With over 11,100 successful closings, I handle purchases, REOs, refinances, HELOCs, construction and commercial loans, as well as legal agreements, settlements, and financial and health care documents. I maintain a calm, professional atmosphere at the signing table, pay close attention to detail, and keep all parties informed throughout the process.

I offer true mobile service with an iPhone, iPad, full-size scanner, laser printing, mobile hotspot, and secure document handling, including EscrowTab (IPEN), e-sign, fax, and email support.
