My name is Kristi Strouf, owner of MonDak Notary Service in Sidney, Montana. I am a commissioned Notary Public in Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming, currently in my seventh year as a notary and bringing over 25 years of experience in retail, office management, and human services. I proudly serve clients across eastern Montana and western North Dakota, with extensive experience handling all types of real estate documents.

I am a full-time remote online notary (RON), working on platforms such as Cyberize It, Proof, and Pactima, and I also provide flexible mobile services, including hospital and jail signings when needed. As a certified Montana notary instructor and participant in the Montana Secretary of State’s e-APP program since February 2023, I stay current with best practices and technology so I can serve you efficiently and securely.
