My name is Kristine Pulling, and I am a New York commissioned mobile notary and experienced title and bank closer based in Ravena, NY. Since 2001, I have completed over 3,000 signings, including refinances, reverse mortgages, purchase closings with same-day courthouse filings, affidavits, split transactions, mobile home purchase closings, construction loan signings, loan applications and disclosure packages, structured settlement buyouts, and POA signings.

I am a New York title closer, New York bank closer, and have frequently served as an attorney’s representative for both buyers and sellers. To keep every closing running smoothly, I travel fully equipped with a copier/printer, mobile scanner for funding approval, tablet with keyboard, and all necessary supplies, and I maintain three dual-tray laser printers and high-speed internet in my office.
