Kristy J. Cordell

I’m Kristy J. Cordell, CEO and Certified Senior Escrow Officer at Liberty Escrow Inc in Palm Springs, CA. I provide professional escrow and notary support for real estate transactions, helping clients move through important signing and settlement steps with confidence and care.

My work includes escrow services, real estate settlements, loan escrow, refinance escrow, title transfers, deed preparation, and notary services. I also offer remote notary service when appropriate, making it easier to support clients who need flexible options during a transaction.

Whether I’m assisting with a purchase, refinance, title-related matter, or document signing, I focus on clear communication, accuracy, and dependable service. My goal is to help each transaction stay organized, professional, and as smooth as possible from start to finish.
