Krystle Russow

My name is Krystle Russow, and I am a commissioned Michigan notary and certified signing agent based in Ypsilanti, MI. Through my company, Totally Notary LLC, I provide professional, detail-oriented notarial and loan signing services backed by $1,000,000 E&O coverage. I am bonded and insured, a certified NNA and LSS signing agent, and a Notary Star Member, with prior experience as a real estate agent that helps me navigate real estate and loan documents with confidence.

I use a dual-tray laser printer, mobile hotspot, and secure technology to handle documents efficiently by fax, email, and internet. I also offer courier services when needed and am available for time-sensitive signings, including hospital and jail signings, with 24-hour service when possible.

I understand the importance of deadlines, clear communication, and excellent customer service, and I consistently strive for error-free, prompt, and reliable results.
