Lalene Hogan Shepherd

I’m Lalene Hogan Shepherd of Blackhawk Notary, a professional notary based in Danville, CA, serving the East Bay and greater San Francisco Bay Area. I provide friendly, reliable mobile notary support designed to make important signings convenient, organized, and handled with care.

My services include mobile notary appointments, apostille support, and loan signing services, as well as common notarizations such as acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, and affirmations. I also assist with estate planning signings and can support clients who need either mobile service or retail-style notary assistance.

I understand that notarized documents often involve time-sensitive or important personal, legal, real estate, or financial matters. My goal is to provide a smooth, professional experience while helping each signer feel informed, respected, and confident throughout the appointment.
