LaNaiya K Poirier

As an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent, I specialize in providing seamless remote and electronic notary services to meet the evolving needs of my clients. Though I am at an entry-level stage in my career, I bring dedication, reliability, and a commitment to accuracy in every signing appointment. Leveraging advanced technology and tools for remote online notarizations (RON) and electronic notarizations (eNotary), I ensure flexible and secure document signings for clients wherever they are located. My goal is to simplify the notarization process while maintaining strict adherence to state regulations and industry standards. I hold a valid notary commission for Washington, a loan signing certification, and Errors and Omissions insurance, and I am equipped to handle both traditional in-person signings and virtual transactions with professionalism and care. I take pride in fostering trust and positive experiences for all clients while keeping transactions efficient and error-free. Whether assisting with loan packages, real estate documents, or general notarial acts, I am dedicated to providing exceptional service tailored to modern needs.
