Latrycia R Bock

My name is Latrycia R. Bock, and I am a commissioned Maryland notary public and owner of Technotary Consulting, LLC, proudly serving Brunswick, Frederick County, and surrounding Maryland communities. With extensive experience in general notary work, remote online notarization, and loan signing services, I focus on delivering accurate, efficient, and professional support for both individuals and businesses.

I handle a wide range of documents, including powers of attorney, personal legal and family documents, real estate transfers and loans, refinances, wills and trusts, financial documents, promissory notes, affidavits, jurats, acknowledgments, health care directives, medical releases, DMV forms, and copy certifications. I also provide fingerprinting services.

As a mobile and RON-capable notary, I offer flexible, 24-hour service, including hospital, nursing facility, private residence, and jail signings. Using secure technology, laser printing, and fast fax/email capabilities, I work to ensure every signing is convenient, compliant, and stress-free from start to finish.
