Laura Rusmisell

Hello, I’m Laura Rusmisell, a real estate broker based in Buckhannon, WV, serving clients in North Central West Virginia through Coldwell Banker Armstrong Davis Realty. My public profile lists notary work as one of my specialties, and I bring a practical real estate background to document-focused appointments.

I assist with notary services, including real estate documents, with a professional and friendly approach. My experience in real estate helps me understand the importance of accuracy, organization, and clear communication when documents need careful attention. I also support retail-related notary needs when appropriate.

Whether you are handling paperwork connected to a property transaction or need general notary assistance in the Buckhannon area, I aim to make the process straightforward, respectful, and efficient.
