I have been a commissioned Arizona notary (Commission #666388, exp. 06/11/2028) and loan signing specialist for over 20 years, with experience closing loans for all fifty states. I am Fidelity approved, RON capable, and certified for IPEN/EscrowTab, allowing me to support both traditional and electronic signings.

I maintain two office locations, in Cottonwood and Prescott, and I am willing to travel statewide; travel fees are negotiated at the time of assignment. With a laptop, mobile hotspot, and laser printer, I can efficiently handle e-docs, scan backs, and hybrid signings wherever needed. To better serve your clients, I have completed extensive NNA training, including Signing Agent Certification, Arizona Law, Identity and Theft Prevention, Notary Essentials, and TRID. My husband, Lou Rangel, has joined my team as a Certified Signing Agent, and together we are committed to accuracy, professionalism, and a smooth signing experience.
