Lester L. Gardiner

My name is Lester L. Gardiner, and I am a California commissioned Notary Public (Commission #2509397, exp. 02/09/2029) based in Hawthorne, CA. I bring nearly 30 years of notary experience, supported by a strong background in mortgage banking with Indymac, Countrywide, and Citibank. This combination allows me to handle loan and real estate documents with accuracy, efficiency, and a clear understanding of the closing process.

I operate as a signing agent with The Notary Factory and am a proud member of the NNA. I am available for evening and weekend appointments to better fit your schedule, and I can accommodate a variety of signing environments, including hospitals and jails.
