Leticia Maria Padilla

My name is Leticia Maria Padilla, and I am the owner of Leticia Mobile Notary, proudly serving Covina, California and the surrounding areas. After more than 40 years in the financial consumer banking industry, I bring a deep understanding of financial and legal documents to my work as a commissioned California notary, with my current commission active through 2028.

I specialize in both general notary work and certified loan signings, with a strong focus on accuracy, professionalism, and clear communication. I am fluent in Spanish, which allows me to serve a diverse community and ensure clients fully understand the documents they are signing.
