Lisa Seay

My name is Lisa Seay, and I am a Pennsylvania commissioned notary (PA #1200994, exp. 07/24/2027) based in Harrisburg and serving all of south central PA. As the owner of Blue Chip Signing Service, I bring over 19 years of experience as a signing agent and 22 years in the mortgage and title industry. My goal is to make every closing comfortable, accurate, and complete for you and your clients.

I specialize in reverse mortgages, purchases (buyer and seller), refinances, HELOCs, hybrid, VA and FHA, and commercial loan closings. I also provide oaths, fingerprinting, hospital signings, inspections, and notarization of a wide range of legal documents. I am equipped for email and fax closings and can often accommodate short-notice appointments.

I maintain a current NNA background check, E&O insurance, and continuing education, and I am Fidelity Title approved as well as a member of PAN and NNA. Professionalism, accuracy, urgency, and flexibility guide every signing I handle.
