As the owner of Blue Chip Signing Service, I bring over 19 years of experience as a signing agent and 22 years in the mortgage and title industry. I specialize in reverse mortgages, purchases (buyer and seller), refinances, HELOCs, hybrid, VA and FHA, and commercial loan closings. I also provide oaths, fingerprinting, hospital signings, inspections, and notarization of a wide range of legal documents.
