Lona Joiner Maddox

Hello, I’m Lona Joiner Maddox, an Ohio-licensed notary based in Cincinnati, OH. Through Joiner & Parham Webcheck Screening Services, LLC, I provide professional, friendly support for clients who need reliable notarial and identity-related services.

I assist with general notarization and offer mobile notary availability for added convenience. I also provide fingerprinting services and come prepared with practical tools that help appointments run smoothly, including internet access, email capability, a laser printer, and a mobile hotspot.

I serve clients in English and focus on being organized, responsive, and respectful of each signer’s time. Whether you need a standard notarization, mobile assistance, or fingerprinting support, I aim to make the process clear, efficient, and professional from start to finish.
