My name is Loralie Sharmane Ephraim-Skinner, owner of LES Notarial Services LLC, a mobile notary and loan signing service based in Toano, Virginia. I have extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles, which has sharpened my attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. I have also completed Virginia Notary Classes to stay current with state laws and best practices.

• Legal or financial affidavits and bills of sale/car titles
