My name is Loralie Sharmane Ephraim-Skinner, owner of LES Notarial Services LLC, a mobile notary and loan signing service based in Toano, Virginia. As an Army veteran with a background as a medical assistant and in assisting Veterans with filing their claims, I bring discipline, compassion, and a strong sense of duty to every signing.

I am a Virginia commissioned Notary (through 11/30/2025) and a graduate of the Loan Signing System, fully trained as a Mortgage Loan Signing Agent. I have extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles, which has sharpened my attention to detail, time management, and communication skills. I have also completed Virginia Notary Classes to stay current with state laws and best practices.

I offer mobile notary services and can assist with:

• Powers of Attorney, Living Trusts, and related estate documents
• Legal or financial affidavits and bills of sale/car titles
• Parental consent for travel and other general notary work

Scan backs are completed promptly, and documents are returned the same day when appointment times allow. I am happy to accommodate last-minute signings and am committed to providing borrowers with a knowledgeable, personable, patient, and professional experience.
