Hello, I’m Lorrie Cox with Yellow Brick Signings, based in Issaquah, WA. I provide professional notary services with a focus on making the signing process clear, convenient, and dependable. I offer both mobile signings and remote signing options, helping clients complete important documents in a way that fits their schedule and needs.

My services include acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, loan signings, powers of attorney, wills and trusts, and field inspections. Whether I am meeting in person for a mobile appointment or assisting with a remote signing, I bring a careful, friendly approach to every transaction. I understand that many notarized documents are time-sensitive and important, so I aim to provide a smooth experience from start to finish while paying close attention to accuracy and professionalism.
