Lucinda Goes

My name is Lucinda Goes, owner of Goes On Notary LLC, proudly serving clients throughout Central Florida from Groveland, FL. I bring nearly 20 years of experience in real estate transactions, now enhanced with specialized training as a Notary Loan Signing Systems (LSS) and NNA certified signing agent. My background in buying, selling, and loan signing allows me to guide each appointment with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.

I’m committed to making every signing smooth, efficient, and as stress-free as possible for escrow agents, loan officers, and borrowers. With a friendly, detail-oriented approach, I work hard to ensure documents are executed correctly the first time and that everyone leaves the table feeling informed and at ease.
