My name is M. Decock, and I am a commissioned California Notary Public based in Oakley, CA, with notary signing agent experience dating back to 2016. I began my career in the mortgage industry in 2004, working as a loan processing assistant, underwriting assistant, funding assistant, and doc drawer, which gives me a strong understanding of the entire loan process and closing requirements.

I am organized, detail-oriented, and committed to getting documents completed accurately the first time. I always carry a rescission calendar and am proficient in properly completing PCOR forms and trust certificates. I am NNA certified, Loan Signing System certified, a member of the NNA, and background screened.

Equipped with a dual-tray laser printer and mobile scanner for borrower IDs, I am available AM–PM to support smooth, efficient closings. I look forward to working with title and escrow companies to provide superior service to you and your borrowers.
