Malinda Farley

My name is Malinda Farley, and I am a Texas-licensed notary based in Weatherford, TX. Through Farley Notary and Signing Services LLC, I provide professional, friendly mobile notary and signing services throughout a broad area west of Fort Worth.

Before starting my own notary and signing service, I worked in the title industry for six years, including five years as an Escrow Officer. That background helps me create a comfortable, organized signing experience for clients handling real estate and general notary needs.

I am qualified to assist with buyer and seller purchase packages, refinance signings, A6 cash-out refinances, construction, construction-to-permanent, and one-time closings. I also handle general notarizations, debt consolidation documents, deed transfers, and Power of Attorney notarizations. I serve clients in English and offer mobile service with internet access and laser printing capability.
