My name is Margaret Christoff, and I am a commissioned Arizona Notary Public based in Anthem, AZ. Through MC Services, I provide a wide range of notarial services, including general notary work, estate planning documents, refinances, purchases, sales, and reverse mortgage applications and closings. I am well equipped with dual laser printers (home and mobile), a mobile hotspot, and secure fax and email capabilities to support smooth, efficient signings. I primarily serve the north metro area, including Anthem, Black Canyon City, and New River, but I am open to other locations as needed.

My background includes experience as a HUD Certified Housing Counselor, Certified Credit Counselor, and Series 6 and 63 SEC licensee, and I hold a bachelor’s degree. It would be my honor to assist you and your clients.
