Maria Coutu

I’m Maria Coutu, a Jacksonville Beach, FL title and escrow partner with Atlantic Coast Title & Escrow. I help clients, agents, lenders, and real estate professionals move through closing with a practical, service-focused approach.

My work centers on real estate closings, title and escrow, remote closings, and online notary services. Whether a closing is handled in person, remotely, or through an online notary process, I focus on making the experience clear, organized, and dependable.

I understand how important timing, accuracy, and communication are in real estate transactions. My goal is to support each closing with professionalism and friendly guidance, helping clients feel informed from start to finish.
