My name is Marilyn S. Bird, and I am a commissioned Notary Public and experienced Notary Signing Agent based in Hemet, California. A proud member of the National Notary Association since 1992, I bring over 28 years of loan signing experience to every appointment. I am currently available most days from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and can receive documents by email and print in both legal and letter formats.

I handle a wide range of loan and general notary work, including purchase and sale contracts, refinances, cash-out contracts, reverse mortgages, home equity (HELOC) signings, and loan modifications. I also notarize powers of attorney, living trusts, affidavits, business forms, bills of sale, car titles, and parental consent for travel. In 2019, I completed lender-specific training with a 100% score for CitiBank, Citi HELOC, Veteran’s United, Wells Fargo, Bank of America and BofA HELOC, Freedom Mortgage, and The Money Source.

As a mobile notary, I serve clients in homes, convalescent facilities, and hospitals, typically with no trip charge in the Hemet–San Jacinto area and only a minimal fee for locations over 25 miles.
