I hold certifications from the National Notary Association (NNA) along with the Loan Signing Systems (LLS). I have experience doing mortgage applications, refinances (FHA/VA/Conventional), home equity loans, along with buyers and sellers packages. In addition to the education and certifications I go over the entire loan package ensuring all signatures, dates, initials and notary stamps are correct. Upon completion of the signing I triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they were completed correctly.
