Marsha Townsend

My name is Marsha Townsend, and I am a full-time notary with Closing When Notary Signings, proudly serving clients in and around Deptford, New Jersey. I bring over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry as a seasoned mortgage processor and licensed loan officer (NMLS #557866 in NJ and PA), along with my current New Jersey notary commission (License #50219446, exp. 3/4/2029). As both LSS Certified and NNA Certified, I focus on providing professional, accurate, and seamless signing experiences.

Since 1991, I’ve managed countless transactions with a strong emphasis on precision, efficiency, and client education. I prepare thoroughly by reviewing documents in advance, which streamlines appointments and keeps the focus on notarization. My goal is to create a stress-free, informed experience where clients feel confident every step of the way.
