Marta Milowicki

My name is Marta Milowicki, and I am a certified signing agent with American Notary, Inc., serving Barrington, Illinois and the surrounding areas. As an Illinois commissioned notary (Commission #877688, exp. 07/11/2026), I bring the experience of more than 10,000 successfully completed closings to every appointment.

I understand how important it is to handle each signing with accuracy, professionalism, and respect for all parties involved. I have extensive experience with HELOCs, first and second mortgages, reverse mortgages, purchases, and timeshares, and I work hard to ensure a smooth, efficient signing process.

I am background screened, very flexible, and do my best to accommodate last-minute closings, Monday through Saturday. I use a laser printer, secure internet and email, and can support e-signing when required to help keep your documents and timelines on track.
