My name is Mary Nguyen, and I am a full-time Certified Signing Specialist and Louisiana Notary Public (Commission #55678) based in Baton Rouge, LA. I am NNA certified, Fidelity approved, bonded, insured, and background screened, and I strictly follow all industry regulations as outlined by the Signing Professionals Workgroup (SPW). My goal is to provide every signer with a thorough, accurate, and professional experience.

I began working in the mortgage industry in 1995 and became a commissioned notary in 1997. Since becoming a full-time signing specialist in 2005, I have completed over 10,000 mortgage signings and worked with multiple lenders and a title company. My experience includes HUD and document preparation, closings, post-closing, title curative work, reverse mortgage applications and closings, e-signings, medical depositions and affidavits, subpoena services, structured settlement packages, bank-approved loan modifications, property inspections, loan disclosure delivery, clerk of court recordings, and recordation services. I do not handle debt resolutions or attorney loan modifications.

I am commissioned in East Baton Rouge Parish and also cover West Baton Rouge, Ascension, Livingston, Iberville, East Feliciana, West Feliciana, and Pointe Coupee parishes (additional travel fees may apply). I use a laptop, laser printer, full-size copier/scanner, mobile hotspot, and secure email to support efficient, reliable signings and e-sign services.
