I’m Matt Rubolino, a Florida Notary Public based in Boca Raton, FL, and part of Florida Virtual Notary, LLC. My Florida Notary Public Commission was issued in April 2023 and expires in April 2028. I help clients complete notarizations in a way that fits their needs, whether online, mobile, or by office appointment.

I provide remote online notarization for eligible signers, including people located anywhere in the world, along with mobile notary service across Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, and Miami-Dade counties. I also assist with apostille or authentication needs, e-recording, remote witness services, and Florida notary public services.

In addition to direct notary support, I offer RON training and seminars for those looking to better understand remote online notarization. My goal is to make the process professional, clear, and convenient from start to finish.
