Mattie Williams

My name is Mattie Williams, and I am a full-time Florida notary and Certified Signing Agent with Ocala Mobile Notary Service LLC, based in Belleview, FL. I have been a notary since 2005 and am certified and background screened through the National Notary Association. I proudly serve Marion, Sumter, Lake, and Citrus counties.

With thousands of successful closings completed, I bring extensive experience with refinances, reverse mortgages, buyer and seller purchases, commercial loans, HELOCs, home equity loans, loan modifications, and annuities. As a licensed Florida Realtor, I understand the perspectives of buyers, sellers, loan officers, and real estate agents, which helps ensure smooth, accurate signings and timely document returns.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work, which allows me to support clients in stressful situations and create a professional, relaxed, and pleasant atmosphere. My goal is for every client to feel respected, informed, and confident about their signing experience.
