Melanie Waddell

Melanie Waddell is a Massachusetts notary public serving Rockport, MA through the Town of Rockport Town Clerk's Office. As Town Clerk, I offer limited notary services by appointment through the Town Clerk's office, providing a professional and convenient option for residents and visitors who need eligible documents notarized.

My notary services include acknowledgments and oaths and affirmations, with each appointment handled carefully and respectfully. Because services are limited, I encourage clients to confirm that their document type can be notarized before scheduling. I aim to make the process clear, courteous, and efficient while following Massachusetts notary requirements.

Whether you need a basic acknowledgment or an oath or affirmation, I provide friendly assistance in a municipal office setting for the Rockport community.
