Melissa Horton

My name is Melissa Horton, and I am a full-time mobile Notary Signing Agent and owner of Posh Notary Solutions, LLC, proudly serving Apex, North Carolina and surrounding areas. I am LSS Certified, NNA Certified, and Fidelity Approved, with a North Carolina notary commission active through 2031.

With over 500 successful signings completed, I focus on accuracy, communication, and reliability. I am available 24/7 and arrive on time to every appointment, keeping clients and partners continuously informed throughout the process. I use a mobile scanner for fast scanbacks and work to return all documents the same day whenever possible, ensuring nothing is missed—no signatures, initials, or dates.
