My name is Merenda Tate, owner of Tate Mobile Notary Services in Shelby, North Carolina. I am a North Carolina commissioned notary and Certified Signing Agent through the National Notary Association, with over nine years of notary experience. I proudly serve clients throughout Cleveland, Gaston, and Mecklenburg counties, with service to surrounding areas available for an additional surcharge.

Since 2014, I have held notary commissions in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, and I am currently commissioned in North Carolina. With an MBA, a Master’s in Human Resource Management, and more than 15 years of experience in finance and HR, I bring strong attention to detail and professionalism to every assignment. I have successfully completed over 250 loan closings and countless general notarizations, and I am committed to providing accurate, efficient, and error-free service for every company and client I support.
