Mia Migdalia Rodriguez

My name is Mia Migdalia Rodriguez, owner of Allstar Notary Services, a professional mobile notary service based in N Ft Myers, Florida. I am a Florida bonded Notary Public with over 22 years of real estate experience, offering both general notary work and specialized loan signing services in English and Spanish.

I carefully explain key real estate and loan documents, including the HUD, estimated closing cost statement, note, Truth in Lending disclosure, deed of trust, and escrow/impound account disclosures, and ensure all required documents are properly notarized. I also provide services for wills, immigration-related translations, and I am a certified translator.

I travel to homes, businesses, banks, hospitals, assisted living facilities, entertainment venues, and management companies, and I frequently work with attorneys. With a trusted team of traveling notaries, we can usually be on-site in under an hour to deliver prompt, reliable, and professional mobile notary service when you need it most.
