Michael A Gelman

My name is Michael A. Gelman, and I am a North Carolina commissioned Notary Public based in Asheville. Since 2006, I have completed approximately 9,350 signings across a 12‑county area in western North Carolina, serving both English and Spanish speaking clients. My work is highly accurate, with an error rate of about 1 in 650 signings and only one missed appointment, due to an unavoidable car accident.

I am known for being friendly, patient, and thorough. Borrowers often tell me I explain their loan documents more clearly than anyone else has, and I frequently hear, “That was painless” when we finish. I take pride in presenting flawless documents and creating a calm, professional signing experience.

You can trust me to treat your clients with the same care and respect that you would, ensuring every signing is handled smoothly from start to finish.
