Michael Claiborne

My name is Michael Claiborne, and I am a full-time mobile Notary Signing Agent based in Anchorage, Alaska. I have completed more than 20,000 loan signings and bring over 13 years of experience as a former mortgage loan originator, followed by 15 years as a signing agent. This dual background means I understand both the front end and back end of the loan process, helping signers feel informed and at ease.

I am experienced with a wide range of real estate and financial documents, including refinances, reverse mortgages, buyer and seller packages, powers of attorney, commercial loans, lines of credit, HELOCs, and annuity settlements. No job is too big or too small, and I approach every signing with professionalism, accuracy, and respect for your time.

I am a commissioned Alaska notary and am available 24/7 as a mobile service to meet your signing needs.
